Cancel Your Subscription and Request a Refund
VitaCal subscriptions are bought and billed by Apple or Google. You cancel, and ask for refunds, in your Apple or Google account, not inside VitaCal.
Cancel on iPhone
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap VitaCal.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled. Apple's own steps are on Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Cancel on Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap VitaCal.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Google's own steps are on Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial is on the Monthly and Annual plans.
- On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, as Apple advises on its cancel page.
- On Android, if you cancel at any time during the free trial, you are not charged when it ends, and the subscription stays active until the trial ends (Google Play Billing documentation).
What you keep after you cancel
On Google Play you can keep using your subscription for the time you have already paid for. On iPhone, the subscription page in Settings shows the date your subscription expires.
Request a refund
Apple or Google took the payment, so they decide refunds.
- iPhone: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's steps are on Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
- Android: use Google Play's refund request page.
You can also email [email protected] and we will help.
Deleting your account
Deleting your VitaCal account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel the subscription first, then delete your account.
